Who This Is — and Is Not — For

A good fit if you run a live Shopify store, do not have a developer on staff, and keep hitting small jobs that are too fiddly to do yourself but too small to hire out one at a time.

What counts as a "small fix" in my included hours?

A small fix is anything that fits within your plan's included time — a broken layout, a button that stopped working, a theme tweak, a new collection set up, or an app that needs reconfiguring. Larger pieces of work are quoted separately before we start.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Store Care is month to month with no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like, and you keep everything we built or changed.

What happens if a job is bigger than my plan?

We tell you before doing anything. Work beyond your included hours is quoted as a fixed-scope job, or billed at €75/hour — only with your go-ahead. You will never get a surprise bill.

Do you work on my existing theme and apps?

Yes. Store Care covers your live theme, your installed apps, and the small custom tweaks templates do not handle. If an app keeps causing problems, we will flag it.

Do you need my admin password?

No. You add us as a staff member with the access level you choose, and you can remove it any time. We never need your personal password.

Is my store and customer data safe?

We are EU-based and handle your data with least-privilege access. We can sign a data processing agreement where we act as a data processor.
